Location and amenities.
The family above us had children and they were running until 2am every night and it was making pounding noises on our ceiling, making it hard to sleep.

We loved the pool and the location.
Our unit wasn’t totally clean. At first look it was lovely. But the shower in the main bedroom was not clean and the pans were not clean when we went too cook. The floors had been swept but needed to be mopped. Unit needed a deep clean.

Overall place was clean, Had all the basic needs. Nice design and comfortable. Pretty quiet area where we were no rowdy bunches. Would recommend to others.
We had to wash the dishes. Quite a few of the dishes was placed in the cabinets with stuck on greasy food still. A few scuffs on the walls and missing pieces to shuffleboard from previous vacationers.
