The staff were very very friendly they could not do enough to make you feel really really welcome. The dogs also were very very welcome. The facilities were outstanding. The spa was so clean and the very good choice on the menu and the restaurant service was brilliant . the meal was very very tasty.
The postcode if you put it into the satnav sent you to a location which was at the back of the property . We were in the middle of nowhere , but further the road round to me soon there. X

Beds are really comfortable, clean rooms, dinner very tasty and decent portion sizes, location is beautiful, very grateful we were able to go to the spa before check-in and the sauna and steam room were very nice.
Rooms are very warm, tv wasn't connecting to the wifi so we only had a few channels to watch, jacuzzi was cold, no skittles or pool table that are shown on pictures. Breakfast is tasty but not much choice.
