The breakfast is awesome. The property is always clean. The staff is always very nice.
Constant noise from the people above me. I had requested a top floor room out of fear of something like this happening, which it did.

Location was good between township and rowing venue. Hotel breakfast was good.
Problems with check in with only one room being available despite two rooms being booked. After being told they were full a room was made available once the manager became involved. Room smelt musty, air conditioning unit was loud and could not be turned off.
