About this house rental
In Gilleleje you will find this classic cottage on a large, enclosed plot with direct access to the Kattegat via private plot / wide beach path. You have a view of the water from the house and the large wooden terrace. There is a large living room with fireplace and kitchen / living room as the center for cozy hours. In the living room there is also an air / air heat pump. Kitchen has i.a. ceramic hob, dishwasher, cooker hood and coffee machine. There is internet. Three bedrooms divided into one with double bed and two double bed sofa beds. In the annex there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Utility room with extra freezer, microwave and washer and dryer. Bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. There is access to the cottage's two terraces from the living room and from the kitchen exit to the south-facing covered terrace with a beautiful view over the garden. On the nature plot there is a trampoline (used at your own risk / insurance) and barbecue. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
