Welcome to good times & lake adventures! This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath ranch style home has a few steps to the front door and several more to your own private dock and fully furnished fun packed boathouse including a ping-pong table, foosball table, dartboard, arcade style double basketball hoop and a giant connect-4. There is also a mini fridge to keep your drinks cold and popsicles frozen while you enjoy the lake!

The interior of the lake house will welcome you with a massive wall of windows overlooking spectacular lake views with the most colorful sunsets! Gather around the dining room table to enjoy meals, play games, do puzzles or to plan your next day adventure! The kitchen is fully Equipped with all the essentials you need to cook your favorite meals!
Groceries & supplies are just a short drive away. Take the Community Bridge to spend the day at the Outlet Mall in Osage Beach, or the souvenir shops on the Bagnell Dam strip. There are many great restaurants within minutes away by boat or land. We are across the lake from Jolly Rogers, around the corner from Lake Burger and a few miles from Coconuts beach bar and grill!
Calling all FISHERMEN!!! If you love Fishing, this is the spot for you! You can cast your line right from the dock and into our established crappie beds which attract a great variety of fish! Turtle lovers- Keep an eye on the water, these adorable little visitors love to glide around our dock!
We have a spacious deck with a gas grill for all your BBQ's and cookouts, a dining area to enjoy your outdoor meals and a sitting area with propane fire pit where you can relax and enjoy the gorgeous views by the fire!
Enjoy a partially covered dock with a picnic table. Guests are welcome to bring their own boat or rent one from the nearby marina! We have one boat slip space available for your use. Please note there is no boat lift available. For extra fun - guests can enjoy our pedal boat, canoe, stand-up board and Lilly pad! Don’t forget to bring your own fishing gear & life jackets.
The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with very little traffic. Indian Rock Golf Course & Westlake Cinemas are both close by and minutes away to Jacobs cave for a little spelunking.
The front of the lake house is nestled among a beautiful wooded area, home to abundant wildlife. From playful squirrels, visiting deer, foxes, possums, bunnies and countless birds, including a majestic eagle that lives in a nearby tree!
We look forward to hosting you and hope your time at the lake is filled with laughter, relaxation and unforgettable memories! Please note: This property is equipped with exterior security camera, located by the front door and over looking the driveway.

Our family (2 adults, 4 kids and a small dog) spent 6 nights at this home and thoroughly enjoyed our time! The view of the lake was great from the top deck, the home was in great shape with lots of things included for guest use. Our family had a decent amount of success catching fish right from the dock (lots of large mouth bass, some blue gill and a catfish). The games and water supplies (life vests, noodles, Lilly pad, etc) were great and we spent a lot of time swimming. The water gets a bit rough at the dock and shore from pretty heavy boat traffic, but was manageable. There were a couple storms during our time that took out power twice (downed trees on lines), but sounds like that’s not very common.

Busy weekend on the lake. House was great. Lake burger is so close. Roads to the house were great. Wonderful amount of parking. Worked out wonderful for the 2 families vacationing together. Jolly Roger’s fireworks were amazing.

Location was great, so much to watch front the porch, deck and boat house. Really enjoyed the stay and the games!

Host was easy to work with and property was clean, well maintained and as advertised. Would definitely stay here again. Only note is that stairs to the dock were a little steep, which could be tough for some guests (pretty common for the area though).
