La ubicación.
La climatización es muy deficiente y en Vitoria en invierno hace mucho frio. En una de las duchas era prácticamente imposible regular la grifería para que saliera agua caliente. La zona social del apartamento es pobre y poco cómoda. No tiene dos baños. Tiene sólo un inodoro en el pasillo y dos duchas y lavamanos en cada habitación, abiertas a la misma, sin ningún tabique o elemento que las dote de un mínimo de privacidad.
