- Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. - Die Wohnung ist schön groß. - Das Boxspringbett ist sehr bequem.
- Die Ausstattung ist ziemlich zusammengewürfelt , an vielen Stellen visuell fragwürdig. - Riss in der Gardine, Terrassentisch provisorisch austariert, so dass er nicht wackelt, Haustür knallt laut zu etc. - Die Wohnung befindet sich im EG eines Mehrfamilienhauses und ist sehr hellhörig. Zwischen dem Bad der Nachbarwohnung und dem Kopfteil des Bettes gibt es nur eine dünne Wand. - Direkt vor dem einzigen Wohnzimmerfenster befindet sich ein hauseigener Stellplatz für einen PKW. Man schaut also permanent auf die Längsseite eines Fahrzeugs, manchmal auch einen Lieferwagen. Dann wird es dunkel im Zimmer. - Am Schlafzimmerfenster/ der Terrassentür müssen die Gäste der zweiten Ferienwohnung vorbeigehen. Also: Rolläden runter
