From when we checked in at reception to when we checked out, all the staff were very welcoming, polite, helpful, especially in the bar. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was very modern, a great shower, the bed was extremely comfortable, a choice of soft and firm pillows. The carpet was very soft to walk on, it was a real treat to stay there.

Small basic rooms with tiny bathroom. No fridge in the room. Silver light plates and switch’s covered in finger marks. Marks on the back of the door. Comers of room not recently vacuumed. Pitifully air conditioner in room. It would be totally useless if we were experiencing the heatwaves we have been having recently . Only one set of towels in the room on arrival. We had to phone reception to ask for another set. The second day they didn’t provide any wash clothes. No ambience in the dining room. Bare walls only. Asked for air con to be turned down as the temperature did not.warrant it being on so high. But it was turned back up during our meal. Furniture throughout the public areas needs updating. Stained chairs seats in the bar area and brown liquid coming out of/ thrown at the air vent needs to be cleaned off. Awkward location of some of the hot food at breakfast time. Lack of pastry choices. Hotel uses WhatsApp to communicate chargeable offers to us but doesn’t come back to you when you use WhatsApp to ask questions, even though they say they are looking into it and will get back to you.

The hotel is spacious

The steps make it difficult to navigate if you have a disability. No auto assistance to room but I got help. Room had no body lotion etc just the bare minimum a shower cap, shower gel and handwash. The side tables as non existent an miniature shelves. The property looks tired.
