Spacious , clean and well decorated room and pleasant garden , easy parking.

The corridors to the rooms made me feel claustrophobic and I would not be able to stay again.

Wonderful customer service. Particularl thanks to Ruban in the bar and Alex on reception. I had a bit of an issue with the lightning in the bedroom- Alex quickly fixed it with an extra key card. The aircon was a blessed relief on one of the very hot nights, but is possibly on a timer, which meant waking up very hot and having to turn it back on several times over night. The reception team are excellent. Professional, friendly and helpful in person, but the AI WhatsApp is utterly unhelpful and irritating- I'm writing this for feedback purposes as I spoke to another couple of guests in the restaurant who had experienced the same irritation with it. The grounds were beautifully kept and the cosy room was very clean with an excellent bed and choice of pillows. Really lovely having coffee bags rather than instant on the hospitality tray. It's a large hotel, and despite it being very full- large party going on- it was a calm and relaxing place to stay. I work locally quite often and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Love the renovated and restored rooms as I haven’t been here for quite a few years, really impressed with the quality of the place. The staff were exemplary in their professionalism and quick to respond to any questions and exceptional in their handling of making our stay as relaxing as possible. Parking is adequate and readily available even with wedding on. The verdant gardens and great terraced areas which accommodates all activities for families, great place to spend a birthday weekend.
