This recently renovated home offers 4 sleeping rooms and 2.5 baths. See below for sleeping configuration by room. The master has a beautiful garden/patio view with king bed, 60 inch Samsung 4K TV, desk, and access to full bath. There is also an additional bedroom on this side of the home that contains a 50 inch LG 4K TV, a Queen bed and an adjoining room with a trundle bed configured with one twin bed on the top, a full bed in the middle and the lower bed is a twin. This is an excellent bedroom for children or adults since the two rooms will sleep a total of 6. Or, an excellent option for adults only – since there is a Queen bed. We have also hosted many families that used this area for adults and children in the same rooms since the sleeping is separate and room is very large, again sleeping a total of 6 people within this one bedroom. Total sleeping occupancy in beds is 12 people for this home! Check with host for more details on sleeping arrangements, capacity for adults/children and any other questions. Fireplace is decorative and not operational at this time. This home has an active license with the City of Fort Lauderdale to sleep a total of 8 adults and children.
The third bedroom has a queen size bedroom with large walk-in closet in hallway next to entrance to bedroom.
There is a full bathroom next to this bedroom and the bathroom connects to the bedroom so en-suite as well.
The fourth bedroom- attached to the second bedroom however has two exterior access points- has queen size bed, desk with built in's and half bath. There is access to the patio from this bedroom as well.
There are two dining areas in the home seating a total of 12 and a patio area seating an additional 8. Living room has a large sectional that will seat 7. There is also additional seating in the foyer that can be moved into the living space for additional guests.
The home has 3 zones of cooling(no heating) all on separate controls to keep each guest at their own specific comfort level.
The patio is outfitted with a very large sectional sofa, coffee table and large dining table. There are multiple umbrellas as well for shade. All furniture is cushioned for guest comfort.
No expense has been spared with this home. Furniture is of very quality, home is extremely clean and has a fresh new feeling.

The nicest neighborhood in Harbor Beach. You are surrounded by homes from $2M-$30M. The community is gated and very walkable. This is my favorite area for walking and jogging along the waterways of Fort Lauderdale. Sylvan Lake is located directly across the street. The neighborhood is close to all that Fort Lauderdale has to offer. Groceries, health clubs and everything you need are all within minutes.

Property is in a small, gated neighborhood with security. Super safe. Room to spread out (we had seven in our party). Responsive host. Able to get everyone around a single table to have family meals. Great beach that the teenagers in our party walked to every day and less than a 3 minute drive away. 5 minutes to a grocery. 10 minutes to Bass Pro Shop. Lots of restaurants in the close area as well. Was very happy with the property.

Couldn’t have asked for a better location or neighborhood, one of the best in Ft Lauderdale . Great house layout , my whole family was comfortable. Charming back yard with hot tub! Would love to return one day

It was a beautiful location. About 10 mins Walking or 1 mins drive to the beach. The Host Zachary was awesome. He was always in contact with you from the beginning to the end.

Nice big open house that is great for multiple families or extended families because the room layouts are at opposite wings of the house and everything between works as a great social area. No complaints just did not like the fact that you are not allowed to turn the ac down below 71 because we are use to sleeping with it colder. The house never felt hot and always felt comfortable just had to sleep with lest covers. Beds were comfortable, not too stiff.
