About this cabin rental
Beautiful 1 story, 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom 2,780 sqft cabin in amazing upper canyon Ruidoso, surrounded by huge green pines, close to the river and a 15 minute walk from downtown (5 mins driving). Complete with game room with pingpong/pool table , board games, wifi and a 42" Smart TV, and during those winter months don't let the cold ruin the fun, stay warm with our 2 chimneys and 7 wall heaters. Also take advantage of our beautiful outside roofed deck with grill.

Upon entering the property and getting settled in.Some minor trash and sock was found in the room with the bunk beds.The bar stools and bar counter top were dirty with mud on the seats and something sticky in the counter.The water temperature for the hot water was turned up very high and scalding hot as well as the jack and Jill shower handle for the hot water was getting pretty hot to the touch. This could be end up being a possible liability issue.The bbq grill is in pretty poor condition and borderline unusable.We understand the hardships the town of Ruidoso is and has been going through could have affected the quality of cleanliness and attention to the home.We feel that could’ve been communicated better.Overall it was a good stay and we would definitely consider coming back for another stay.

There were 6 of us staying and I feel we had more than enough space to spread out and be comfortable. When we arrived there was an issue with the hot water heaters but the owners worked hard to fix the problem as quickly as possible. The owner was quick to respond to any question or issue we had. My only suggestions would be to place more wash clothes in all the bathrooms and extend the handrails at the steps coming onto the house to make access easier for persons with walking issues. Enjoyed our stay very much and would book again
