About this cabin rental
Rustic River Lodge is a 5200 sq ft cabin on the Little Pigeon River in Sevierville. Freshly remodeled and furnished with top quality in the Spring of 2021, ready to accommodate your group. We offer 3 separate levels of enjoyment. With two large 60 foot decks, you`re sure to relax and enjoy the natural setting, sitting on almost an acre of land. Too many features to list! All adult guests over 18 (not only the guest making the booking) in the party must provide a valid, not-expired, State Govt issued ID driver`s license or ID card within 24 hours of making the reservation. This ID must contain a clear picture and current address of the individual and be well lit and easy to read. Guests will also need to register on our registration form and agree to our house rules within 24 hours of making their bookings. We are required to collect this information and if we do not receive in a timely manner the booking is subject to cancelation and refunds will only be issued in accordance with our cancelation policy. Guests traveling from overseas may submit a passport. No military or employer IDs will be accepted.

Everyone had a great time The rate per night over holiday is not anything I would pay again, there were no hand towels or wash clothes and with months in advance purchase and price paid I do t think I need to be requesting any, and then threats to be sued in their request for a 5!star review as it could hurt their business is scary also disappointing theater sound, very poor, only through the projector has sound
No heat downstairs, only space heaters. It was un nerving to have to give copies of All guests in order to gain access, that should have been disclosed in details in beginning prior to purchase, guest we're not happy with that
