i loved how the property is right on the beach, ac and fans were nice. I loved the balcony the view the provide toys towels and blankets. There was ice in fridge for us which was really nice and marshmallows candy and graham crackers.
the air bubbles in the vinal flooring were not an issues but just caught by surprise. I didnt like how on booking.com it said like 183$ a night and we did it for 3 night sunday monday tuesday and leave wednesday, which added up to 683$. and when we paid it was 1246$.

Location
Upper balcony was out of bounds and appeared to be in the process of collapse.
Tap water was foul-smelling (filling the room/house with the smell of rotten eggs).
Sat on a chair on the lower balcony which immediately collapsed (plastic had perished in the heat) causing a cut and bruising to my back.
