The house is located on the north beach, where the sea meets the river, forming the famous "barrinha" (area within the condominium). It is close to the most beautiful waterfalls in the far south of Bahia, 2 km from the Almada River, 14.5 km from the Enchanted Lagoon (which also has a waterfall when crossing it), 24 km from the beautiful Serra Grande viewpoint, 31 km from the beautiful Tijuípe waterfall, 52 km from the beaches of Itacaré, and for those who enjoy adventures, there is rafting in Taboquinhas 71 km from the condominium. The cozy house has three bedrooms, two with air conditioning, two bathrooms, a spacious living room with LED TV and Claro TV, dual-band Wi-Fi, a kitchen with a five-burner stove, refrigerator, freezer and utensils, a backyard, a dog house, a front yard, a garden, hammocks, a sun lounger, a swimming pool, a great barbecue area, and a garage for four cars.
The house can normally accommodate 10 people in bedrooms with beds, all of which have air conditioning. The other 4 people can put mattresses on the floor in the bedrooms or in the living room.
