This vacation home is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the complex. On this property's lower level (2nd floor), you'll find 1 guest room, 1 guest bathroom, the living and dining area, and the kitchen. On the upper level (3rd floor), you'll find the primary bedroom balcony and an additional guest room and bathroom.

POLICIES & INFO

Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.

Has a hot tub and it’s not listed when you search it. That was a nice surprise! Pool is heated. Nice unit very comfortable and close to everything. Pool could be better maintained, but when we called about it they came out to clean it immediately. The door on our unit patio lock/door needed replacing and needed some cosmetic repairs needed to fix stairs but overall a good experience.

We stayed at this condo for 5 days and had a great time. The location is "chef’s kiss", everything is within walking distance. If you're into action and don’t mind a little noise, you’ll love it here. If you're looking for total peace and quiet, just know it’s across the street from Gravity Park. Additionally, the beach, an ice cream shop, and tons of fun spots are all just within short walking distances. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower, which was amazing. (Heads up: if you’re booking one of the larger units, you’ll have more stairs. Wasn’t an issue for us at all, but worth noting.) The property has all the basic kitchen utensils we needed, plus dish soap, laundry soap, and coffee (bless). You can swap your dirty towels for clean ones daily, which was super convenient. We enjoyed our stay so much that this will be the spot we book every time we visit South Padre. Already looking forward to the next trip!

A nice property at a walkable distance from beach.

It was fun the property need some fixing. The hot tub didn't work and there a few broken tiles, but the biggest scare was the nail pops on the decks. The place was clean and fun to stay at .
