Guests have access to the entire private home and attached two car garage. There is a smart lock with unique code for each stay, as well as security system and entry cameras.

House was clean and spacious. There were six of us and we all had our own space. Very close to down town. Nice rooftop area to hang out. The only negative thing I can say is the "fire place" up on the rooftop did not work. Would stay there again if ever back to Nashville.

The house looked exactly as the website pictures. It was very nice and very spacious. We loved it. Unfortunately we were unable to utilize the rooftop because the evening we had downtown it rained a bit. The only thing it would be nice if the kitchen was stocked with a few spices to cook with. Other than that I would definitely recommend this place! They were easy to contact too.

We had a great time. Place was new and nice. Needed more dishes for the amount of people it can sleep. Neighborhood wasn't far from downtown or cute neighborhoods, but it didn't feel totally safe. We had some late night parking lot parties across the street with lots of cars spinning out and very loud. We def felt like we needed alarm and locked doors all the time. Def up and coming neighborhood but not quite there yet. Seemed like kind of a lot of money for the location.. but it was Taylor Swift concert weekend so maybe price isn't so high all the time
