About this villa rental
A charming, brand-new vacation rental set apart on a 2,500 m² property on the edge of a small wooded area at the end of a cul-de-sac.
It features one bedroom and an open-concept living/dining area connected to a fully equipped kitchen.
Outside is a colored concrete patio with a beautiful almond tree in the center.
The pool is located on the south side of the property, about fifty meters away, next to a small wooded area.
You’ll enjoy complete privacy whenever you wish, because even though it’s shared with us, you’ll have exclusive access to it.
You can even enjoy it late at night upon request, because a swim under the stars is a must!
The pool features a very pleasant whirlpool and a hydrojet for a more vigorous massage!
You’re just a 5-minute walk from the village center.
We provide two bicycles for your use.
You can also take a walk up to the hill located 500 meters above the house. There’s a marked hiking trail there.
Our village is less than a 10-minute drive from the highway exit.
This vacation rental is non-smoking, but smoking is allowed on the terrace!

Vacances calmes et reposantes dans une petite maison indépendante - très propre - où tout est à disposition.
Propriétaires très sympathiques qui habitent la maison d'à côté et qui sont donc toujours disponibles si nécessaire.
Belles routes cyclables à proximité.

Il s'agit plus d'une petite maisonnette modernement équipée. Rien ne manque, tout est parfaitement propre. La décoration est également moderne, sympa, de bon goût. What else ?
L'emplacement a été idéal pour rayonner autour de Montélimar et randonner autour des charmants villages de la région. Le sourire de Céline et Matthieu, de Bixente et d'Ava ont ajouté du charme à notre séjour.
