The house is a very good location: by walk you find tavernas, bars, bakery and little market. In few kms you have beautiful beaches. Always parking and real Greek village. Nice and peaceful. The the house is quite big and has a nice garden. I found some bottles of water
The house was not very clean, I found the coffee machine extremely dirty with coffee inside from very long time. Floors, carpets and cabinet were dirty and smelly. I had to ask some kitchen staff to cook, I suggest to be more attentive. Expired coffe and other things in the kitchen were old. NO BARBECUE AND NO TOASTER It was nice to find few bottles of water and toilet paper.

Archontiko is a real gem in the center of Lefkimmi as it combines traditional and modern aesthetic. My stay was super comfy and relaxing and I'll sure be back soon. Another plus are the many facilities nearby the appartment that offer anything you may need (bank, minimarkets, restaurants). Big thanks to the owners and hostess who were very welcome and helpful.

Spacious and good value for money. Useful to have washing machine with liquids supplied. Easy access to several local beachs. Local restaurants in walking distance.
Missing a few items in the kitchen eg sharp knives.
