I thought it was a good find, it definitely was just what we needed.

Location excellent, good value, plenty of space

Shower door faulty but shower worked well. Light not working in bathroom . Front room was noisy as overlooking the square but if you book middle of Gap then that is to be expected

very noisy apartment but fair value

The apartment was clean when we arrived. The location right above the city main plaza was very practical for some aspects (the kids loved watching the Christmas lights outside and they were eagerly waiting for the carrousel to open at 10am!)

- This is NOT a three bedroom apartment, but a two bedroom plus sofa bed in the living room. The living room is VERY noisy because it is directly above the city plaza and not a good place to sleep in, even with ear plugs. - The bedroom space is more quiet than the living room but the neighbors like to hoover their apartment at 7:30am and their cat is mowing at the window at 6:30am... - I got the key lock code in an automatic email from booking.com at around 3:30pm on our day of arrival for checking in at 6pm. Of course I didn't check emails while driving alone with 3 kids in the car. When I inquired about the code directly by phone to the owner earlier that day they answered "arrivée autonome dans l'appartement ???" which basically assumes that I received the email from booking.com, no further inquiries. The owner did call me back around 6pm when I was desperately trying to get in so everything was fine in the end, but the process could have been so much less stressful... NOT a good place to rest, and definitely not ideal for families. Otherwise a good location if you're a group of young people and looking for a cheap place.

Lot of space, sleeping room to the courtyard side, kitchen/living room to the square. Kitchen well equipped for cooking yourself.

Extra city tax 5 eur I was not informed beforehand.

Le logement etait dans un état lamentable, sale, la vaisselle pas faite.(BIENSUR impossible de se faire remboursé, dame très mal honnête)

pas de fiche explicative pour l'utilisation du chauffage, vétusté de l’appartement peu ou pas de rangement pour les vêtements barre du rideau de la douche qui tombe des qu'on le touche

Plus jamais ! Annonce mensongère sur l'état du logement. Les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Logement sale : tâches de graisse sur la table de cuisine, la plaque de cuisson... le micro-onde 🤮. Ampoules grillées ou manquantes dans toutes les pièces, porte de douche cassée, idem pour le chauffe-serviette. Pas de draps propre à notre arrivée, on a dû commencer par faire la lessive et mettre le sèche linge. Et j'en passe, la liste serait trop longue. Et aucun des 2 numéros censé être joignable ne nous a répondu malgré les différents messages.

Rien et la situation géographique au cœur de ville ne pèse pas dans la balance. Je ne comprend pas que cette annonce soit toujours en ligne !

Absolument rien.

C'est honteux de proposer un logement pareil à la location ! Je le suis retrouvée avec mes enfants de 2mois et 21 mois dans un appartement miteux. Des toiles d'araignée, la poubelle non vidée de la salle de bain. Une porte en moins de dans la douche. Les lumières ne fonctionnent pas toutes. Il n'y a pas 3 chambres, mais 1 chambre avec un vrai lit. Nous avons dormi dans une deuxième pièce avec un clic-clac complètement défoncé. Je me suis sentie huper mal de faire dormir ma famille la dedans. C'est une honte !!!

Cadre sympa malgré le logement

L’emplacement du logement est top. Le logement est spacieux.

Ce logement est à l’abandon ? Très sale, avec beaucoup d’ampoules manquantes, les poubelles non vidées, le radiateur de la salle de bain non branché, une lampe de chevet dans les toilettes en guise de lumière, la porte de douche cassée (il manque une des 2 portes). Avec des enfants en bas-âge, c’est très limite !
