Muy agradable lugar, amplio y con todos los detalles para que la estadía sea perfecta. El estacionamiento está justo al lado, fácil acceso de un piso por escalera. Se llega fácilmente y rápidamente al centro en auto. Un amplio balcón con vista lateral al puerto, con mesa y sillas para disfrutar de una comida. El anfitrión, Gianni, muy agradable, amable y paciente para explicarnos sobre Olbia y toda la isla, a pesar de que llegamos tarde en la noche. La comunicación con él muy fácil por WhatsApp. Lo recomiendo. Volvería a alojarme, sin dudas!

The apartment was exceptionally well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. We were honestly surprised by how thoughtfully stocked it was. The location was very quiet and peaceful, while still being conveniently located to explore the area. Most of the best beaches in northern Sardinia were within a two-hour drive. The large fridge was especially useful for storing groceries for the entire week. Our host was very kind, responded quickly to any questions, and provided excellent local recommendations that helped make our trip even better.

Wifi was really slow.

Ruhige und gleichzeitig zentrale Lage für die Erkundung des Nordens und Osten der Insel! 7 km entfernt der Stadtstrand!

Die Begrüßung von Gianni war persönlich, er hat mir alles Wichtige erklärt. Auf dem Balkon war der salbend gut zu genießen ! Alle wichtigen Gegenstände in Küche und Bad waren vorhanden und konnten genutzt werden.
