A casa precisa de alguns melhoramentos/modernização (novos colchões) e de arejamento antes da chegada dos hóspedes (convinha apostar num sistema anti formigas)

Nice spacious villa. Pleasant quiet location within 5 minutes walk of the small beach which had a lovely beach bar serving nice food and 10 minutes walk from a good supermarket and the start of all the pubs/ restaurants. Good facilities including full kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. We didn't use the dishwasher but I did use the washing machine a couple of times. Toaster, microwave and good cooker which we used a couple of times also. Good free WiFi and tv. TV didn’t have huge selection of English channels (lots of channels in general though) but I didn’t go on holiday to watch tv and only had it on once or twice but it was easily worked. Basic cleaning utensils available like brush, mop and bucket, washing up liquid and sponges and tea towel provided, alongside a basic welcome pack with a few tea bags, coffee sachets, milk pots and oil pots to get you started. No issue with ants. Only time we saw a few ants is when we had dropped a tiny amount of food and not cleaned it up (once was just a small bit of crisp), which naturally attracted them but as soon as cleaned this up they were gone. There was plenty toilet roll when we arrived, unsure if this was provided or just left over from previous visitors though. We did have to buy more midway through week two. Plenty towels and pool towels provided. Plenty hot water all day. Only time water pressure dropped slightly was if others were running the water when we were showering but that isn’t unusual really. Good air con in all bedrooms. None downstairs but we never felt the need for it downstairs. We stayed here as we had our original villa cancelled by Villa plus (building work immediately next door would have impacted us) and were slightly hesitant based on other reviews but figured seeings the other villa Llevant next door got good reviews then this place couldn’t be as bad as some people made out and we were not disappointed. Feel some of the negative comments left by others were slightly unfair.

Beds were noisy/ creaky with every small movement. Wasn’t keen on the mattress but this is a personal preference but was probably due for renewal but was clean. Pool men came every 4 days but only really sprinkled cleaner in the pool, there was attempt to actually clean it and there was quite a bit of debris on the bottom that there was no attempt to clean. Could have done with more drinking glasses. Villa accommodates 6 people but there were only 3 glasses. Plenty cups, plates and wine glasses but only 3 other glasses for water or anything else. Probably down to breakages over the season but would think they should have been replenished.

Great location, quiet and only 5 minutes to the nearest beach. The main area was about 10-15 minutes walk away. Pool was great. Villa was spacious. One issue with the toilet was resolved quickly. AC (which was upstairs only) was much required for the evenings and brought a great relief to the heat. Parking was near and it was only 10 mins drive to Ciutadella and the bigger supermarkets

Pots and pans were not in a great condition. Some areas not cleaned properly on arrival - for example the oven shelf was outside on the BBQ. Beds were uncomfortable and you could feel the springs. Internet wi-fi didn't work.
