The hotel was great, all facilities really nice and great staff. The animation team were fantastic and brought lots of joy.
The food was good but similar dishes most days.

Wir bekamen ein Upgrade auf ein sehr schönes Zimmer! Am Geburtstag gab es eine Flasche Sekt und eine Torte (mit Kerze) als Überraschung. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Sehr vielfältiges und gutes Essen.

bar staff was nice nice view from the room pretty grounds upgraded my room - the first one made me want to cry
dated and needs a refurb almost impossible to find a sun lounger food was mediocre wine out of a tap? gross drinks in paper cups no way is this a four star hotel cigarette smoking everywhere
