Good value for the money we paid

Good location about 50 metres to the beach and a good supermarket nearby. It was quiet when we stayed mid June

Lack of kitchen ware in terms of self catering could have done with some more basic stuff ie a sharp knife small pan/frying pan

I would advise steer well clear of this property

We arrived at the hotel we were to get keys from and told that Sunny Beach was not open and we had to stay here at Naxos Holidays hotels. We had received no communication prior to this yet we had booked 6 months ago. We were shown a small room and another one which was meant to have kitchenette same as what we had booked. After 4 presentations to reception regarding kitchenware utensils as it was only equipped with 1 glass we received some utensils the next day. We also advised them that the bathroom door was broken and one of us had got locked in there. And despite this nothing was done in the 7 days we were there. I also advised them they were still advertising on website that Sunny Beach was available. I feel the staff did not care. The mattress was as hard as boards. This hotel should not be classed as 3 star it is very tired and needs a lot of maintenance gardens are full of weeds. We spoke to a number of other guests who had had the same experience as us booked Sunny Beach but not told it was closed till they arrived.

Poor communication, typical 3 star hotel.

Breakfast was nothing fancy, but they had omelets and other standard fare, so it was enough. Beds were okay, but kind of hard.

Communication with the pregnant woman was awful. It started off rough. We got there and there was a sign that reception was only there until 5pm. Called once, no answer. Woman at the pool says reception is up the road which left us very confused. We called again and a woman answers saying she'll come for us, okay great. 25 minutes later, she still hasn't shown up. We call again and she answers the phone, coming out of one of the rooms. What the heck? Was she there the whole time? She says "because we're greek" she'll put us up in a nicer hotel close by, which left me leery on what to believe with this woman who seems to be blowing smoke up you know where. She leaves and says a guy will pick us up. 5 minutes later fortunately some guy does pick us up and takes us to Naxos Holiday Hotel, which does seem to have a bigger pool for the kids. Typical 3 star hotel, but it just started off so rough it's hard to really give this a rating it may have otherwise had. I'd have preferred if she'd just been honest with us from the start, let us know it's going to be half an hour, or let us know you own two hotels and you're at the other one. Just, when you travel and have no idea what is going on, it leads to the whole family (7 of us) getting frustrated and upset.

Excellent, beautiful location right next to the beach and not too expensive. If you want to enjoy the beach and beautiful natural scenery, this is the place for you. Also, the staff are very helpful with 24 hour desk with staff on duty.

Location. Room was cleaned every day.

No air con in one room. Access to communal bathroom was through one bedroom. Poor WiFi.

Great location, needs renovation

The location is great. 10 min stroll to the city and very quite. 200 meters from a very beautifull sandy beach.

The mattresses where very old and curved. We had to insert the blankets under the sheets to make them more comfortable. Very bad sleep quality.

Very pleasant and good value for money

It is located 200m from the beautiful beach of Agios Georgios (awarded a blue flag) and is very close to numerous beach bars. The room was cleaned every day and was spotless. Ample parking space and within 15 minutes walk from the port of Naxos.

The people from the hotel were nice and helpful.

The appartment is not located as close to the beach as it makes you think in the booking info. The room was small, with very old furnishment, little light and not very clean. The pool was not very clean. I don't think that the price is fair to the characteristicts of the room, If it wasn't for that, the rest was ok.

The room is really nice and big, has all you need for a few days stay including a small kitchen. The location is great, 3 minutes from the beautiful sandy beach and 15 from the town. Very nice stay

Alloggio tipo residence lungo la spiaggia di Agios Georgios a 20 minuti dal porto con piscina

Un punto di forza di questo alloggio è la piscina che seppur piccola rappresenta un momento piacevole da sfruttare durante la giornata. Le stanze sono pulite e ordinate, ma la sensazione è che fossero perfette appena costruito il complesso, ma che nessuno si sia curato di sistemare le piccole imperfezioni che nel tempo emergono. Questi piccoli difetti non invalidano la sistemazione, ma certo dovrebbero avere un peso nel prezzo. La posizione (lungo la spiaggia di Agios Georgios) la rende abbastanza isolata che può essere positivo o negativo a seconda di quello che uno cerca (dal porto a piedi sono una 20ina di minuti).

Le dimensioni della stanza per 3 persone sono adeguate solo se ti fermi una notte o due al massimo, altrimenti diventa complicato. Nella nostra stanza ad esempio il frigo sottobanco si era rotto e lo avevano sostituito con un frigo nuovo (perfettamente funzionante) che però occupava una buona parte della stanza. In bagno la luce dello specchio si accendeva dopo 5 minuti di orologio e nessuno aveva pensato di sostituirla, così come la tenda della doccia (era predisposta, si era rotta, ma probabilmente nessuno l'ha sostituita). Tante piccole cose che rendono l'alloggio accettabilissimo, certo non al prezzo che propongono che è pari a quello di soluzioni ben più "lussuose". Un po' di attenzione a sistemare questi dettagli e con la piscina diventerebbe un'ottima soluzione per Naxos.

Chambres confortables lits aussi. Marché tout près proximité de Agios Georgios plus tranquille que les autres plages. Piscine agreable.

Ptit detour pour aller à Chora Une bonne marche par les rues sinon boardwalk de bois sur la plage menant au village. Un peu loin pour un bon café le matin faut se le faire sinon. Bus souvent plein vers Chora alors il passe droit quand tu as tes valises ça te tente moins de fsire une marche au chaud.

Δεν υπήρχε πιγκαλ στο μπάνιο όταν έβγαζες το κλειδί απ την υποδοχή, σταματούσε -εκτός από όλα τα ηλεκτρικά- και το ψυγείο Reception ανύπαρκτη (υπήρχε μια κυρία που τα έκανε όλα) Κατά την αποχώρηση μας ψάχναμε τη ρεσεψιόν για τα κλειδιά και μας φώναξε απο μακριά "αφήστε τα στην πόρτα" (ούτε ευχαριστώ, ούτε πως τα περάσατε) Στο δωμάτιο βρήκαμε αράχνη Εφόσον κατά την κράτηση εισπράττουν αμέσως τα χρήματα, η διαμονή σου τους είναι αδιάφορη. Αυτό κατάλαβα εγώ τουλάχιστον Εν κατακλείδι, θα ξαναπήγαινα για την τιμή κυρίως
