Well-equipped kitchen with stockpot, Keurig, blender, wine rack. Linens & towels included, enclosed outdoor shower, gas grill, bikes, beach equipment. 6 parking spaces. 7-minute walk to Middleton Park. Great for weddings & family gatherings. Open and spacious floorplan with multiple gathering areas for your whole group.
Bedrooms are large and have private entrances to huge outdoor decks. Fenced yard with plenty of space for the kids to play.
The premium location has easy access to the beach and offers close proximity to the 31st Street public kayak launch and 40th Street Heron Lookout Park for walking trails and fishing on the Davis Canal. 5 minute walk to Splash Pad & Park.

We’ve been coming to Oak Island for many years and this was probably the BEST house we’ve stayed at! Not a far walk to the beach and loved that the kitchen was on the main floor and not the top level

Great layout in the house. Everything possibly needed was provided including beach towels and bikes. Easy access to the beach.

What a wonderful house! Plenty of room for a family of 12. The cleanest house we've ever rented. It has everything you could possibly need for a great beach vacation. Just bring your clothes. The owners are super nice and helpful, very good to work with. Would definitely stay there again.
