Lovely apartment. Would stay again.

Superb apartment. Light and airy. Good kitchen. Very quiet location. Added bonus is you have 3 supermarkets only 5mins walk away but also a bakery 5mins away. Even better you have a Stolz outlet as well. Clean and quiet with good parking. Would definitely stay again if available and I can a ticket for Wacken as we came for the festival but unfortunately were one of those who couldn't get in.

Tolle Wohnung in guter Lage, aber nichts für Nichtraucher!

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung 4 ist Recht gut, hat alles was man braucht. Die Matratzen und das Bettzeug der Betten sind top! Die Whg. liegt in einer ruhigen Straße. Ca. 250 Meter entfernt sind Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, Kaufhaus Stolz und Trigema. Über eine Pfad erreicht man in der Nähe den Mühlenbäcker. Da Büsum recht groß und weitläufig ist, haben wir bei Besuch der Perlebucht und des Museumshafens kostenfreie Parkplätze genutzt. Meist haben wir die Umgebung (Westerhever Leuchtturm, Amrum etc.) erkundet. Für unsere Bedürfnisse lag die Wohnung Recht gut.

Die Wohnung wird als "rauchfrei" bei booking beschrieben. Whg. 4 und 3 liegen gleich ausgestattet und gespiegelt im ersten Stock des Hauses. Der Balkon wird durchs Schlafzimmer betreten und ist von Vermieterseite mit einem Aschenbecher ausgestattet. Das Problem ist, dass die Schlafzimmertür die einzige Tür/Fenster mit Mückenschutz ist und bei Rauchern in der Nebenwohnung nicht genutzt werden kann oder das Lüften durch die Raucher auf dem Nachbarbalkon entfällt. Ruck zuck riecht es in der Wohnung wie in einer Raucherkneipe. Bei verschlossener Tür ( um den Gestank draußen zu halten ist es schnell stickig. Wenn man die Fenster auf der Gegenseite der Whg. (ohne Mückenschutz) zum Lüften offenhält zieht man die Stechmücken an, wird durch die um den Schlaf gebracht und verstochen. Die Balkontüren sind so angeordnet, dass der Rauch direkt in die Wohnung gedrückt wird. Diese Situation ist für Nichtraucher eine Zumutung. Für mich als Asthmatiker ganz besonders. Dies ist der Grund warum ich die Whg. nicht mehr buchen würde. Ohne dies ist die Whg. sehr gut.

Ganz toll, ich würde es weiterempfehlen

Der Vermieter wohnt im gleichen Haus und war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und in ruhiger Lage, auch in der Nähe vom Bahnhof und von den Supermärkten. Zum Strand ist es mit flottem Tempo ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß durch die Einkaufsstraße.

Es war alles dabei außer eine Flaschenbürste 😉
