The cozy vacation villa “Beatrice” is situated on the outskirts of the popular seaside resort of Playa Blanca, a short drive from the glistening sea. The 100 m² villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, satellite TV, air conditioning (in all rooms) as well as a baby cot and a highchair (both on request).

The sunny private outdoor area boasts a large open terrace with a Balinese bed, a heated pool (up to 28 degrees) with a waterfall, deck chairs, a dinner area and a stone barbecue.

Within 17 minutes (1.4 km) on foot, you can reach supermarkets, numerous cafés and restaurants, which are located along the promenades and the marina. The nearest sandy beach, Playa Blanca, can be reached after a 5-minute drive (3.4 km) to the centre of the resort, while the beautiful Playa Mujeres beach is an 18-minute drive (10 km) from the property. Furthermore, the international airport of Lanzarote lies a 30-minute drive (35 km) from Playa Blanca.
