Duna 2 bedroom villa, Cala Blanca

I have only one slightly negative comment about our stay, so I shall start with it. The kitchen area needs an update and more power sockets. Other than that it was perfect. The location is fantastic, just a 5 minute walk to the sea where you can watch the sunset. A nearby bay, also within a 20 minute walk with a couple of nice restaurants with fantastic views over the ocean. The property itself is quite lovely. It is in a quiet neighbourhood with offroad parking that wasnt an issue during our stay. We parked right outside for the week we were there. The pool is perfect. Small, but that depends on if you want to swim to swim lengths to keep fit or just plunge in with a cool beer or Gin and tonic. It is deep enough at the "deep end" to swim down to the bottom. The beds are very comfortable and the main room has an English king size bed. Bathroom could do with an update but was fine. The roof terrace was a lovely surprise and we spent most evenings there looking out at the view. All in all we were very happy with the villa and would highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool is perfect and Cala blanca accessible from walking distance! We will come back for sure

Externally villa was great, however the kitchen and bathroom certainly needed improvement the kitchen had no oven a dishwasher is fitted in its place ? the kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and microwave all used the same plug that is very close to the hob and there is no extractor over the hob! Decor is very 1970’s Also the bathroom extractor has been sealed up with paint so quite a lot of black mould and rust marks in this windowless room I would guess this is the original fittings from when it was built internally the villa is just a bit old and shabby. The washing machine didn’t work when we tried to use it the maintenance man came out within an hour excellent service but probably this machine is also very old

Ein sehr schönes und ruhig (in einer Sackgasse) gelegenes Ferienhaus mit kleinem, aber sehr erfrischendem Pool. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Exkursionen über die Insel. Das Ferienhaus ist für zwei Personen ausreichend. Cala Blanca ist eine sehr ruhige Urbanisation mit kleinwm Strand, einigen Hotels mit überwiegend britischen Touristen. Ciutadella liegt ca. 4,5 km entfernt, gut mit dem Bus oder auch zu Fuss erreichbar. Überhaupt ist die Insel sehr überschaubar, alles mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Nach Mao der Hauptstadt sind es ca. 40Min., dann hat man die Insel einmal längs durchquert. Für Wanderer ein Traum: der Cami de Cavalle.
