Located in the middle of caunes minervois near the Abbey. Our host was very friendly. Our rooms and shower were obviously well kept. A lot of people in the reviews seemed to have missed that this is a shared setup. You stay upstairs and share the kitchen on the first floor. But he isn't obtrusive at all. Rather very nice. Rooms were spacious.
Tea towels in kitchen were dirty. Fridge had a bit of a smell.
