Apartament Jastarnia

Close to sea side, city center, shops and restaurants. Clean apartment with all necessary equipment. Nice balcony.

No parking (stated in description there is a parking, in reality it is a public paid parking 500m from main entrance, where you are struggling to find a free slot), long distance to carry luggages, no baby cot. Small children playground all dirty, not cleaned at all, so useless… No elevator - apartment located on 2nd floor… From logistic point of view - terrible.

Great location, Clean, Lovely balcony - perfect for a morning coffee, Good WiFi. Nice touches like coffee capsules, tea and wine, Electric heater, Beach equipment.

Please note below all those small items are irritating given pricepoint of 400-500pln/night, which we usually chose and last few years we always were able to find nice appartamanets in Jurata. ( This year we booked too late for that ). If appartment was cheaper I wouldn't mind them that much. Also each of them is highly subjective and only combined made our time there tireing. It's half of the actual appartment (I doesn't seem like 37m advertised but maybe I'm wrong given how unnecessary big bathroom is)- with splitting wall or ventilation not been done correctly as you hear everything from the second appartment. Also you hear every use of water from the second appartment as isolation from the pipes is not in place. Appartment is very tiny, and not well designed. Bathroom is huge with huge windows ( basically glass walls), but despite that you have no place to put your items anywhere - not even a 'rack' under the shower. Literally only place was half of top of the washing machine, or small shelf above the sink (no countertop) I ended up putting my clothes to wear after shower on the floor... There is not a single radiator in the appartment (even in the bathroom) so your towels stay wet if you shower everyday. There is hardly any place for your clothes ( single small ~40cm wide wardrobe) if you wanna hang something - forget about it. No place to put any items( keys/wallet, sunglasse) when you enter the appartment. ( Technically you can use a stove for that as it's next to the entrance). Small item that put me off was one of the TV remotes from the bedroom was super dirty and sticky i used a napkin on it to use it. Pillows on the sofa had some spots that made them look unclean - we just out them away. Table is tiny, suitable only for a meal, if you wanna play any boardgames ( even monopoly) - use floor. Bed is very subjective but I didn't sleep well on it as it was scratchy.I would use some softener if it's 100cotton.

Clean and tidy

the location was so nice, very close to the seaside of the peninsula, in a quiet part of town, but still connected with the rest of Jastarnia. The picture window in the open-plan kitchen/salon was absolutely gorgeous, especially watching the storm clouds roll in. Very nicely cleaned, arranged, and set up for short or long-term stay. Having a washing machine was a bonus. Despite being close to the railway, it didn't bother us at all.

The skylight window in the bedroom had a very, very, thin covering. The sun comes up so early in the summer, and really it was so bright we couldn't sleep the entire time, even with an eyemask. This was the only thing, but it was a really bad thing. Also it looks that the big picture window has been leaking for some time. Water would come in onto the window sill any time there was rain (and summertime on the Bałtyk, you know...). At a minimum the seal should be replaced and the whole window checked if there isn't a larger problem. It was a surprise for me given it is a relatively new construction and the rest of the apartment seemed to be kept to a high standard.

Bliskość obiektu do morza, czystość

Wszystko było ok

Lokalizacja i miejsce w garażu podziemnym, chociaż było wąskie i trzeba było mocno manewrować.

Nie posprzątanie odpowiednio. Masę kurzu pod kanapą, pajeczyny i pająki, na ścianach ślady po rozgniecionych robalach. Wielkie okna które nie są niczym przysłonięte przez co od rana jest gorąco. Brak rolety termicznej/zaciemniającej w sypialni. Rozpadające się pojemniki na mydło, prysznic itp. Kilka razy pod prysznicem nie bylo cieplej wody, zaledwie letnia, więc chyba przy duzym obłożeniu obiektu boiler nie wyrabiał. Pościel z pierza... Przydałyby się moskitiery lub choćby gęste firanki, żeby wieczorem móc otworzyć okno. Nie dla osób z arachnofobią! Za oknami w łazience olbrzymie pająki.

Blisko plaży, w pobliżu port, centrum Jastarni, drogi rowerowe, restauracje z dobrym jedzeniem! Sprzęt plażowy do dyspozycji. Garaż podziemny. Wygodny balkon.

Jedyny minus to niewygodne łóżko w sypialni.

Lokalizacja - bardzo blisko plaży i centrum, choć lekko na uboczu i to ogromny plus, bo było cicho i spokojnie wyposażenie mieszkania, pyszna kawa, zmywarka, pralka 2x TV, elegancka łazienka

to są drobiazgi lub sugestie do rozważenia: - na balkonie było nie za czysto - przydałby się jakiś najprostszy odkurzacz pionowy, bo na terakocie wszędzie jednak zgrzytał piach, miotła nie wystarczyła - przydałoby się nocne zaciemnienie, jakieś specjalne rolety, bo już od 3 w nocy było tak jasno, że nie dało się spać
