Beautiful houseboat completely remodeled. Located on a quiet dock in Sausalito only seven miles from San Francisco with all its wonderful restaurants, theaters, museums and attractions. 1750 square foot houseboat with three bedrooms and two bathrooms . The entry floor is an open and spacious living room, kitchen and dining room which opens to a deck with views of sailboats and sunsets behind Mt. Tamalpais. The bottom floor has a large bedroom with queen bed and bathroom, and another bedroom with two twin beds. The top floor is a lovely master suite with king bed and bathroom and opens onto a large deck which has sun from sunrise to sunset and fabulous views of the hills around Sausalito and all the sailboats and birds. A great place for lunch, a glass of wine or reclining in the sun. It is an easy walk to many restaurants and shops. A bike path is right outside and beautiful beaches are just 30 minutes away. Public transportation is a block away and there is a ferry to downtown San Francisco, just 5 minutes away. No smoking allowed, no pets allowed. AVAILABLE May1, 2025 UNTIL September 30, 2025. MUST RENT FOR ENTIRE 5 MONTHS. NO SHORT TERM RENTALS. MAXIMUM PERMANENT TENANTS IS TWO PERSONS, ONE COUPLE OR ONE PARENT AND ONE CHILD.
