About this house rental
WELCOME to the Dino capital of the world! 🦕
Come and enjoy small town America. Our two street, quiet neighborhood has concrete roads, sidewalks, street lamps and all. This home is a 4 bed, 4 bath 2-story home. Two rooms are upstairs with their own individual en-suite bathrooms and separate staircases as well (the rooms do not connect at all- great for added privacy for multi families traveling). One upstairs room has a queen bed and large bathroom with full tub/shower. Other upstairs bedroom has two double beds and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Downstairs has the primary bedroom with a king size bed, large bathroom and large tiled walk-in shower. There’s also an additional twin bed, that is stored in the closet, that can be pulled out to accommodate a young child who may still want to sleep in mom and dad’s room! (My youngest was like that! Lol) The other downstairs bedroom has a twin bunk bed with a twin trundle and a full size bed. This room could accommodate 4-5 children easily. This room also has a connecting bathroom as well. Each room has its own bathroom which is great for privacy when traveling with others.
We have also provided a high chair, pack-n-play and small portable crib for convenience for those traveling with infants. 👶 🍼 As of right now, we don’t offer bedding for the small crib so we would ask that you bring that or we do have smaller blankets available in the hall closet closest to the laundry room. The home is listed as sleeping 10 people but you can easily fit up to 12-14 and we certainly don’t mind trying to accommodate larger groups whenever possible!
You can entertain all night long with an amazing outdoor area equipped with a propane fire pit 🔥 , rockers 🪑 , small propane grill, porch swing and outdoor yard games 🎲 . The outdoor space is completely fenced in to keep toddlers or pets 🐶 confined and safe while you enjoy relaxing at the end of the day. This size home will definitely sleep a couple families, comfortably.

It is a lovely house and was perfect for our group because each person had their own bedroom and bath. The neighborhood was quiet and was close to restaurants and activities. We really enjoyed our visit.

The property is great. We needed 4 bedrooms and to get 4 bathrooms was a bonus. The kitchen and dining area was large and accommodating. We explored Dinosaur Valley State Park, and loved the guided tour at Fossil Rim!

The home was very clean and great for a large group of adults that each wanted their own bed. Neighborhood felt safe and was very quiet. There’s a friendly donkey in the field behind the house.
