Se percep taxe pentru Wi-Fi. Deși moneda locală este lira turcească (TRY), în majoritatea cazurilor se plătește în euro. De exemplu, un masaj pentru două persoane a costat 60 de euro. De asemenea, transferul de la aeroport la hotel este foarte scump. Am avut impresia că mai aveau puțin și îmi cereau bani și pentru aerul pe care îl respiram. Nu au avut pepene galben, ci doar pepene roșu. De asemenea, omleta menemen am găsit-o doar o singură dată pe parcursul întregului sejur de o săptămână.

The price was reasonable for a 5-night all-inclusive stay. I also appreciated that, after I explained that the room I was initially given was not the one I had booked, the staff corrected the issue and changed my room. There was always something available to eat, and the hotel provides the basic facilities needed for a relaxing stay.

Unfortunately, there were several disappointing aspects. The bathroom had a strong sewage smell almost every time I entered, and the edges and corners had visible accumulated dirt that looked like it had not been properly cleaned for a long time. There were no slippers in the room, which I found surprising for a hotel advertised as 4-star. The telephone in the room was also completely non-functional, so whenever I needed something I had to go downstairs to reception. Communication was one of the biggest problems. Almost all the staff I interacted with spoke Russian, but hardly anyone spoke English. During my stay, there was basically only one person with whom I could communicate properly in English. Most of the time I had to use Google Translate, even at reception. The food was very repetitive, with little variety during my 5-day stay. The hotel also advertises cocktails and other drinks available for an additional charge, but even when I wanted to pay for them, it was extremely difficult to actually order anything because of the communication problem. I was also disappointed with the location and surrounding area. Overall, while I understand that €400 for 5 nights all-inclusive is a reasonable price, the experience did not feel like the standard I would expect from a 4-star hotel.
