Owner is reachable and helpful. He was very responsive. bathroom was clean n neat. AC, Fans, Lights, Geysers were all working and in good condition. Haven't used any of the kitchen / washing appliances but they were there to use. Covered parking which is very close to the lift. So, accessibility is also good.
Cleanliness and maintenance of the property could have been way better. Floor was not cleaned well as it was dusty, cob webs in the rooms. White towels were dirty. Bedsheets weren't there but when called the owner next day to mention the same, he said they were in the cupboard.
