Unit is located within Marenas Beach Resort, a luxury oceanfront resort located in Sunny Isles Beach. With the $35 daily resort fee paid at check-in, guests can enjoy of the private pool, private beach access with towels, umbrellas and chairs, fitness center, complimentary high-speed WIFI, and business center. Hotel also has meeting spaces for any private events and it also contains 1 restaurant and 2 bars. Resort is located within a short distance of many attractions in Miami. Everything about our stay here was perfect except for the rainy weather. The place was gorgeous and the views were nothing short of amazing! The beach was stunning as well. The employees were top-notch, providing excellent customer service. My family and I would love to come back!

We had a great stay at this property! The location is perfect—close to everything. The place was very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. One of the highlights was the stunning views from the balconies—absolutely breathtaking! I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

Nice view! (19th floor) Beach chairs too close together and lots of seaweed in April. No swimming for us. Pool is too small but outdoor bar is cute with great drinks. Checkin was after 4 although resort knew we’d be there around 2. Not much to walk to that interested us or our kids.

We stayed at this property from Sunday to Friday. I had my mom and my 4 teenage daughters. Beautiful resort! I love that beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are included so we did not have to travel with them. There was help everywhere! I just wish I would have been prepared for tip money ahead of time. I did not realize it was a resort and mistakenly assumed it was more of a self-serve property like we usually book. The check-in process was not complicated, but the system was down when we arrived at 2 o’clock in the morning, so we did have to hang out in the car for an additional 20 minutes. My only suggestion would be more instructions upon check-in. I had no idea of the amenities. Wonderful experience and my girls were all sad to leave!

Beautiful place and a great location. The only complaint we had was that there was no mention of an additional resort fee of 35 and a daily 35 parking fee. So plan on 70 extra per day plus taxes. This should be included in the property description. Other than that, a great place.

Water for showers was never hot. We were not told about the complimentary breakfasts. My family objected to the clowingly sweet smell in one of the bedrooms. Other than that, it was a decent place to stay.

I thought I was booking a condo in an apartment comlex and I was so surprised to find out the location had multiple bars onsite, a restaurant and multiple other amenities including a gym. had a had a bar

After visiting Biscayne Bay National Park, we stayed two nights at the condo. The view is magnificent. The condo is well stocked with all you need to make your stay comfortable. Just know that you are changed a daily fee for amenities and there is a valet parking fee. We would definitely stay at the condo again.

We loved this 2 bedroom suite! The views could not be beat, and for the location on the water I thought the price was excellent. The amenities at the Marenas are also great- comfy beach chairs, umbrellas, there is a pool, hot tub, games for the kids outside and indoors, valet is included which was so nice, staff were very friendly, beds were very comfortable, it's super close to Aventura restaurants and shopping, grocery store within walking distance... The only reason I gave 4 stars to check-in instead of 5 is because we were told we could stay on a lower floor, but when we got there, they put us on the 23rd floor, and we were only able to go to a lower floor the 2nd night, which meant that of course we needed to pack everything up! So we did not love that but we would for sure stay here again!!

I’m very impressed of this place Located in prime of Sunny isles just by Porsche and Bentley buildings.Personal of valet parking is 100% and at the lounge bar is a guy called Chistian 200%.To tell the thru my family and myself visit the bar every night for that guy Cristian.This place is very recordable.

The resort was absolutely beautiful. The room was great very clean awesome view. The only thing I really disliked over the whole trip is the pool was only open till 6 PM don’t understand why a resort would close their pool at 6 PM and the first night I did not know that it closed at six and I went out there. There was a shorter African-American gentleman that looked like he worked in the kitchen came out and was extremely rude. told the front desk about it and they told me I should’ve known the rules. Their customer service skills were definitely lacking. other than that, the place was great

Great beach service, nice restaurant downstairs in the building or many other restaurants located within walking distance. The unit had all the necessities for a senior to feel at home and the ocean views and sunrise from balcony and bedroom windows are spectacular. Amenities and grounds are easily accessible with walker or wheelchair. We would like to give a very special thank you to Enzo and Charley who took special care of providing our 92 year old mother with assistance to access the beach and pool area. These gentlemen are very hard working and dedicated to providing excellent customer experience.They definitely made her vacation a memorable one!

The room doesn’t have much and there is little information on how to treat this reservation like other Vrbo’s we’ve been to where you are responsible for your own essentials. We bought TP, paper towel, etc. and didn’t have to apparently. You have to request the room be serviced, even though you pay a cleaning fee through Vrbo, so not sure what that all meant. Like I said, this reservation was confusing. And the pool hours honked. Closed by 6:30 pm. Boo! Beach and valet staff were awesome though.

Fantastic location near the beach for a family vacation. A few stores and restaurants are walkable, though Collins is a busy road as a heads up. Overall we had a great time and would go back.

The unit itself was beautiful and awesome.We were on the 26th floor and had a jacuzzi upstairs (outside). Unfortunately, we were there during a time Florida had serious rains and hurricane winds. Our biggest CONCERN is that we got stuck in an elevator for 35 minutes (between the 10th and 11th floors). The emergency system in the elevator failed and we had no way to contact anyone. There were five of us stuck in this elevator. All of us with AT&T had no service on our phones. One of us had Verizon and we were able to call 911 but lost contact with them as well. Once the fire department responded and got us out of the elevator, not one staff member was present to check on us, or apologize, or offer something (comp) as a means of trying to make up for this horrible scary experience.

We (3 couples) stayed here for two nights pre cruise. Immaculate condo, plenty of room for all of us. Views were spectacular , beach was beautiful. Was not familiar with area, easy walk to stores (grocery, liquor,pharmacy and beach supply stores) and restaurants. Our room was ready when we arrived (noon) which was a nice surprise. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a very relaxing stay because the weather was spectacular and the beach is gorgeous. The unit is well appointed and clean and the beds were comfy. Hot water was sporadic. Kitchen was fine but not a lot of amenities here and it could use a real coffee maker. The TVs are not smart nor could you access information on a guide about what was airing on the stations. So no streaming and hard to find something to watch. That being said, the views from the balcony of both rooms are amazing. The downsides of the property are that unless you go out at the crack of dawn and stake a claim you can’t sit on a chaise lounge and see the ocean. You are in a pack of people and umbrellas. My workaround was to just take a towel and sit by myself. I should have just bought a little chair at the beach store across the street. By the afternoon this beach is entirely shaded by the huge condo buildings that line it. The other downside to this location is that there is really no place to walk from it. There are a couple of strip malls with underwhelming stores. You really need to plan to Uber or rent a car if you want to do anything but walk along the beach. Despite all of this our weather was gorgeous and we read and relaxed and went out to eat at nice restaurants while at home it was cold and dank, so I was very pleased.
