6. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Condo was perfect for all our needs and location. Really enjoyed our stay! Could have been a little cleaner but still a great stay.

The property was as described in the VRBO app. The balcony was a plus a place to get away to sit around and enjoy the view. Parking was awesome. Enough room for all, which was surprising there were six of us. Plenty of blankets and pillows, and the kitchen was well stocked.
