Very quiet family subdivision, walking distance to Settler's Park; tennis courts, baseball fields, walking paths, picnic areas, huge playground, bike path, pond, and basketball courts. Home is 3 years new with great large kitchen, 2 car alley load garage and gas fireplace. PETS welcome with nightly fee.

Very comfortable home, and close to anything you might need. Our family had agreat time visiting there together. Would definitely stay again.

We traveled on Thanksgiving Day to visit our son and this home was a welcome treat after 8 hours on the road. It was very clean, well laid out and I really have to give kudos on the couch. That seems like an odd thing to mention in a review but so often we stay in air b n b’s that have an aesthetically pleasing living space that is quite uncomfortable.- but the couch in this house was incredibly comfortable and made it so fun for our family of 4 to huddle together and play games. We brought our little dog along and the small yard was perfect for him as well as the neighborhood. I felt safe taking him for walks around the neighborhood. Communication with the owners was easy- they have a book with pictures and lays out directions to make things simple. We have stayed at several air b n b’s in the Boise area to visit our son and this is one I think we will stay at again.

House was fully equipped with all the necessities needed. Perfect location, centrally located between Nampa and Boise. Felt very comfortable...Home away from Home. Also Pet friendly very important to me. Easy to connect with the owners and get immidiate responses to any questions or concerns...Overall a wonderful peaceful worry free stay and would highly recommend...Zero negative rating
