About this house rental
Situated on the west side of Torch Lake, this beautiful home offers amazing sunrises over the water. A large yard for families to enjoy outdoor activities leads to 114' of private lake frontage with a dock that provides easy access to the lake, along with a mooring buoy for securing a boat or jet ski.
Inside you will find a spacious living & dining area that offers amazing views of the lake, a gas fireplace that you can curl up in front of and enjoy a good book or movie. The large dinner table is the perfect place to gather with friends and family to enjoy a meal or make memories playing board games or putting together a puzzle.
You will be captivated by the cerulean and turquoise waters of Torch Lake, and the many bodies of water surrounding it, all of which offer numerous watersports. An easy, laid-back boat ride can take you down Torch River through Lake Skegemog and into Elk Lake and Elk Rapids, or through Clam Lake and Grass River to Bellaire. The water isn’t the only place to be around here; this home is centrally located among many quaint small towns which offer a number of festivals, farmer’s markets, boutiques, hiking and biking trails, sandy beaches, fine dining, breweries, wineries, and distilleries.
The 30 plus acre Maplehurst Nature Reserve offers miles of hiking & biking with trail head located directly across from property.
Boat Launch just three doors down the road.
Great location on the lake directly across the lake from the Docside Barr and Grill.
Large fire pit in the yard with plenty of comfortable chairs.
Outdoor tables and chairs at the house and lake for seating and dining options.
Plenty of parking on large concrete driveway.

Traeger pellet grill with Wi-Fi control
Webber Charcoal Grill
Sleeps 8 Adults and 1-2 children on futon.
No pets allowed.
No smoking allowed indoors.
Milton Township Ordinances:
No events or parties allowed
No fireworks
No radios, T.V.s, or other sound reproduction device, or musical instruments in a manner or volume that is beyond a conversational level.
No trespassing on neighbors properties
No overnight occupancy of tents, R.V.s and/or boats on vacation rental property
Township ordinance includes quite time after 10pm - 8am
Township ordinance permits no more then 14 individuals utilizing property from 7am - 11pm .

We can not say enough good things about our stay at this house. Lynda and Brad have a beautiful home - the pictures don't do it justice. Everything was very clean and made for a wonderful vacation.

The house has recently been renovated and is beautiful. Very functional with 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Beautiful lot and beach. The lake on the West side is definitely calmer and somewhat warmer than on the East side. We loved our stay.

House is recently renovated. Other than kitchen which is in good shape, rest of house like new. Large back yard and fire pit for sitting looking at the lake. Used the provided paddle boards and moored our rental boat right off the shore. Worked out great. Great communication from property manager and had all amenities needed in the house. Will definitely rent again in the future. Thanks.
