Agence Cocoonr offers you this 70 m² apartment overlooking the beach and offering a magnificent surrounding view from its large balcony, located on the south-west side of Val André beach. It features a bright living area with access to the balcony, a fully equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. Close to all amenities and the Val-André beach, you'll have plenty of time to stroll with family or friends along the coast, visit the port or go to the casino, golf course, spa, etc.
Located on the 1st floor without elevator, the apartment is composed as follows:
Day area
- Living room with sofa, TV, coffee table and dining table. The room has a large bay window giving access to a large sea-view balcony.
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchenette: fridge, dishwasher, oven, electric hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, etc.
Sleeping area
- 2 bedrooms, each with double bed and storage space
- Bathroom with bathroom sink, clotheshorse and washing machine
- Separate WC
