Beautiful cottage; all the facilities you need for an enjoyable, relaxing stay. Great location for exploring.

Cosy and warm. Well stocked kitchen. Lovely fireplace. The cottage is absolutely lovely for a relaxing family getaway.

Nothing particularly. The hot water for shower doesn’t last very long but easily solved by boosting the hot water for a couple of hours.

perfect for our needs

perfect location, size and facilities for the two of us. Chocolates welcome but we dont drink so left the wine behind for next guests We were pleased to have milk sachets, biscuits and teabags etc. - thank you.

would have liked larger bath towels Visitor book was full so couldnt write any comments!! Didnt know how to work the TV channels so used my laptop!

Ideal property for visiting the local area.

Location was perfect for a couple of days walking round Flamborough Head and visiting Bempton. Also very quiet location. House had everything we needed. Box of chocs on arrival a nice touch. Safe parking on road outside the property.

Only problem we had during the stay was using the bath which was very slow to fill.

Noticed a few things a lot of spiders got rid a lot then came back double the next day a lot of cobwebs which u can expect but we have stayed in the countryside & never seen so many 🕷️ with a daughter in law who is petrified was a great time for her..

Lovely place, peaceful, good but can be improved

Very quiet location, wood burner. All very much like home from home.

The garden looked abandoned. It was a shame as we were looking forward to sitting out in the sun. Some places were really dusty (fireplace) and there was no washing liquid for the washing machine. The bath took 34 hours to fill.

Loved the area and the feel of the cottage a real home from home.

Nothing to dislike all thought out perfectly. Only disruption was no cot as one provided was broken but we managed to co-sleep in the big bed so all was fine.

Excellent location in a very quiet spot

The Location is superb as are the facilities in the house very comfortable

Back door was almost unusable due to faulty lock that was mentioned loads in the visitor book, so wasn’t a new problem. Oven was dirty a smoked when used and loads of childrens hand prints on the tv

Comfortable stay in great birding destination

Great location in quiet village near our destination (RSPB Bempton Cliffs and Flamborough Head). Good places to eat withing walking distance. Host was helpful and friendly with easy check-in. House had all we needed for a short stay

House is really charming, some nice books on shelves too. very well set up, everything we could need including ground coffee and a coffee machine. good instructions for appliances, wood burner, etc.

Fantastic stay

Ideal location close to Flamborough village and only short car rides to so many other beautiful places. The cottage is like home from home very comfortable and clean. We had a lovely week and will definitely be back. Dog friendly aswell and lots of walks close by.

Good accommodation including conservatory and garden, large and well equipped kitchen. Nice quiet neighbourhood and a real advantage having such lovely walks on doorstep.

Dog friendly

We loved the accommodation, they had thought of everything you would need for a stay and some.. there was also a lovely light surprise at night In the garden when the sun went down. They were very accommodating with our two dogs that we took with us also. Would recommend for a great place to stay.

The price for a one night stay was quite high seen as check in was 3pm and check out was 11am, I believe this was down to the cleaning cost that was factored in.

Lovely cozy place to stay.

We have booked to stay again in September. The house has such a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere we settled in straight away. It’s an easy walk into the village to the Co Op or to have a drink in one of the pubs. There are a couple of fish and chip shops. The house was really clean and well equipped for everything we needed, we wish we could have stayed longer.
