Gut gelegen. Fliegengitter
Defekte Fliesen, Schimmelpiltz im Bad, am Fenster im Wandbereich. WALAN nicht immer erreichbar, mit längeren Aussetzer. Staub auf den Schränken, Türen und Ablagen. Dreckige Terrasse, schmutziger Tisch . Eingänge voll Vogelkot! Unsauberer Eingang , Dreck und Müllteste. Verdeckte Klingel und Eingangsfassade. Sehr schmuddelig! Küchen wie vor sehr unsauber. Ebenso Mikrowelle Bewertung: keine 8.8 Punkte Maximal 6.5! Die letzte Zertifizierung war 2018 , also abgelaufen. Der Endreinigungspreis ist mit 180€ reine Abzocke. Nicht zu empfehlen!
