Es ist eine hochwertige und moderne Ausstattung. Hier ist alles vorhanden eine vollständige Küchenausstattung, die kleinen Extras im Bad: Spiegelbeleuchtung, Vergrößerungsspiegel und bequeme Betten. Die Lage ist 10 von 10.

Lüftung im Bad nicht optimal, weil kein Fenster. Wohnung im nächsten Jahr leider 20 % teurer 😆

Zentrale Lage nahe Seebühne, Strand sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurant.

Die Wohnung ist groß, sehr gut aufgeteilt und super gut ausgestattet, z.B. Küchenutensilien, Geschirr..... Der Fahrradabstellraum war groß und immer gut abgeschlossen. Das Haus hat einen Aufzug. Der Balkon war teilweise überdacht und geräumig. Das Auto musste in einem Parkhaus kostenpflichtig abgestellt werden, ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.
Der versprochene Ostseeblick war nicht wirklich vorhanden, nur aus einem Fenster konnte man zwischen den Bäumen einen ganz kleinen Teil sehen - das ist bei jeder Wohnung unterschiedlich, wir waren über den fehlenden Seeblick etwas enttäuscht....
