This is a prime location for relaxation, ocean views, and beach access. We had plenty of room and privacy for 2 adults, 2 tween boys, and our little dog. Rob is an excellent host and provided so many beach and vacation necessities. It made packing and enjoying our time a breeze. I would have booked a second trip back this summer if it wasn’t already sold out! I can’t say enough good things. Thank you!!!!

Rob was a responsive and helpful host, the property was clean, well-equipped and welcoming, and being right on the beach in wonderful Plum Island was such a treat.

Spur of the moment booking lead us to this wonderful beach house to get away from the craziness of the world…. It could not have been better! Sitting in the chairs facing the ocean with my feet in the sand… perfect…and it was warm and sunny the days we were there. Very dog friendly house and beach! We will definitely be back.

We went for the views and boy did we get them. If all you want to do is stay warm, comfy and watch the ocean then this is the place for you.
