Enjoy a close view of the beach and shared pool, directly from your private balcony! This condo is oceanfront at its heart, with beachy decor on the inside to keep you in the mood for exploration. Wake up in the morning with coffee from either a standard or Keurig model coffee maker. The kitchenette provides enough tools to prepare small meals (and enough fridge space to store leftovers from your local culinary adventures). The Murphy bed provides an extra space to rest. When you're coming back from adventures, close the drapes for a peaceful night's sleep. Guests can enjoy access to a shared pool, hot tub, fitness room, and game room as part of their stay. But of course, the beach awaits.

The beach is just a short walk away, and the Daytona Beach Main Street Pier is under a mile away! Don't forget to walk through the Daytona Boardwalk Amusement Area and Pier, set up with enough activities and shopping to occupy visitors for a long time. The area is also full of fantastic restaurants, from fine dining at The Cellar to casual eats at Bay Street Seafood (both within two miles of the condo). Guests can drive just under five miles to the Daytona International Speedway and enjoy a tour if not a fun day at the races.

The view was nice close to everything

Our 3 week stay began with a non functional toilet.I informed management immediately. They responded right away and sent someone to fix it within an hour. We were very pleased. The property was nice, many very friendly staff. View from our room was phenomenal. I just have to say that the room needs some maintenance done, closet door fell off, tray tables were broken and needs new curtains. We did have a very enjoyable stay.

everything was find just that rental was dated back to the fifties. when i stay in a rental i like for it look more modern, a good sofa, a casual chair and update fixtures on the wall

The location of this unit is amazing, overlooking the beach and close to some restaurants. However, some details were missing, for example we only received one bath towel (2 people registered as guests), no bath towels, no bathroom floor mat. Additionally, bathroom could use some upgrades (fixtures).
