House comes as advertised but clearly has never been lived in. Trying to get the temperature correct in the house was a 4 day struggle. It would be freezing downstairs and hot upstairs with few blankets. We resorted to using extra sheets as blankets. House was nice, but just a bunch of small things that a real homeowner would never tolerate like super squeaky beds. House was very clean and looked nice.

I have stayed in the Watercolor community and rented from multiple rental companies and VRBO rentals for the past 15 years. This was our worst experience. The communication with the rental company was very poor. They would answer but would rarely ever call back or respond when we had an issue and could not access the amenities on our first day there, despite me calling to confirm everything was in order prior to arriving. The error was on their end, when we extended our stay by one day. There was not eager to resolve or do anything about it which was unacceptable. Also the home is nice but it does not sleep the amount of people indicated comfortably. It has one king, one queen and a full size bed. There is a sleeper sofa but not a lot of extras on blankets or sheets given for that. The golf cart is not in good condition. Rotted and molded seats because it is kept outside at all times so the pictures listed on that were not accurate either. We love Watercolor but this property and the rental company were not the standard that we expect for the area. They were willing to compensate us at the end of our stay 100 for 6 people not being able to access any watercolor amenities for our first day, or have access to our beach chairs that we paid for at the private beach since our access bands did not work. Also the check in and check out time are very late and extremely early. That alone would cause me to not rent this property again.
