Enjoy the peace and quiet and the sunset right from your apartment. The apartment features: a bedroom (double bed), a pull-out couch, a living area, a kitchenette (kettle/coffee maker), bathroom/shower (hair dryer), separate toilet, sitting area, heated floors, satellite TV, radio, bed linens, and towels. Payment is due in cash on site or via advance bank transfer. A 20% deposit is due within 10 days of booking. The balance is due on site. Check-in: 14:00 - 20:00 Check-out: by 11:00. Keys are handed over in person on site. A travel crib is available free of charge upon request. Nightly tax: EUR 2.60/person/night (ages 15 and up) not included in the price. Pet policy: Dogs, cats, hamsters, and similar pets are allowed. One-time fee of EUR 15 per pet per stay. Meals: Upon request, you can put together your own breakfast basket on-site for an additional charge.
