Enjoy an independent, relaxing vacation at Villa Esteban
in Playa Blanca, the sunniest region of the island of Lanzarote.
Villa Esteban (Bungalow No. 4) is part of a small bungalow complex (Jardin del Sol) and is located just a 5-minute walk from the beautiful, gently sloping sandy beach of Playa Flamingo.
A communal pool is also available for your use.
Shopping, restaurants, bars, a bus stop, doctors, pharmacies, as well as bike and car rentals are all within walking distance.
Villa Esteban features two bedrooms, a living room with an open kitchen, and a bathroom with a large shower.
The first bedroom has a double bed and a large built-in closet; the second bedroom has two single beds and also a large built-in closet.
The bathroom features a large walk-in shower and a hair dryer.
In the living room, you’ll find a flat-screen TV with German, English, and Spanish channels.
Streaming-enabled Wi-Fi is available.
The open-concept kitchen includes a ceramic cooktop, convection oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker, as well as a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
The large fridge-freezer combination allows you to stock up on groceries cost-effectively with larger purchases; there’s also a cooler bag (including ice packs) for taking drinks and other items to the beach.
A safe is also available.
For our younger guests, there’s a crib and a high chair, as well as a handcart and sandplay toys.

We enjoyed our stay at this very well equipped and quite cosy villa in Playa Blanca. We found the location ideal being close to the town and beaches and communication with the owner was prompt and helpful at all times. This villa is ideal if you are looking for somewhere quiet and cosy.

La maison est très agréable et à tous les équipements nécessaires. Nous avons sou profiter des jeux de société qui se trouvaient sur place. Stefan est très sympathique et très à l'écoute.
