The “Moritzwiese Vacation Rental,” featuring high-quality amenities and a south-facing balcony, is located right next to the Saale Cycle Route and is only about a 5-minute walk from the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Naumburg Cathedral.
It’s the ideal starting point for bike rides, hikes through the vineyards, or canoe trips.
As a special service, you’ll have access to free Wi-Fi, an underground parking space, and a place to store your bikes.
Cozy vacation apartment (49 square meters) with balcony & underground parking:
The vacation apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building. It is modern and lovingly furnished. The south-facing balcony offers a view of the beautiful Saale floodplain and the vineyards.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker.
The sofa doubles as a sleeping area for the 3rd and 4th guests.
The bedroom features a box-spring bed, ensuring a comfortable night’s sleep.
Our bathroom has a tub with a showerhead and a toilet. A large mirrored cabinet and a towel rack complete the bathroom.
The underground parking space accommodates a station wagon or an SUV. Bicycles can be stored inside the building.
A coin-operated washing machine is available in the basement.
On-site costs: Included services: Bed linens, visitor’s tax, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, underground parking space Pets: Pets are not allowed. Parking: You can park directly in front of the vacation rental; otherwise, an underground parking space is available. Key pickup: Keys can be picked up in person or via a key safe. Please let us know your preference. Payment methods: Bank transfer & prepayment Cancellation policy: Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. If you cancel 14 days or fewer before your arrival date, or if you do not show up, the full booking price will be charged. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM or by arrangement. On the day of departure, we ask our guests to vacate the vacation rental by 11:00 a.m. at the latest. Upon your departure, the vacation rental should be left in the same condition as you found it. By booking the vacation rental, we assume that you agree to the house rules.
