The vacation rental is located on the first floor and is accessible without steps or thresholds. The parking lot is right behind the house.

The spacious Mediterranean-style kitchen-dining area offers every comfort.
In the evening, from the light-colored leather couch, you can comfortably enjoy the view of the garden with a glass of local wine or catch up on TV.
The country-style kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and ceramic cooktop. A kettle, toaster, and coffee maker are provided. You can cook, bake, or prepare quick meals in the microwave just as you would at home.
In the bedroom, you’ll find a 1.90-meter-long box-spring bed/double bed, a large four-door wardrobe, and a desk-style dresser.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a folding partition, making it accessible for people with mobility challenges.
All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating.
Towels dry quickly and are preheated on the wall-mounted radiator.
In the garden, you’ll find a seating area with a sunshade so you can enjoy meals outdoors.
Lockable storage is available for your bicycles.
On-site costs: Included: bed linens, towels, parking space, final cleaning, Wi-Fi. For stays of 12 days or more, a one-time fee of €30.00 will be charged for final cleaning. Payment must be made in advance via bank transfer. Cancellation policy: Up to 30 days before arrival: 0%; from the 29th to the 11th day before arrival: 50%; thereafter and in case of no-show: 80%. Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out: from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Please call 30 minutes before arrival. Pets are not allowed. A baby crib (free of charge) can be provided upon request.
