The apartment was completely renovated 3 years ago, and the furniture in the living and dining rooms was replaced in 2021. The new SMART TV rounds out the modern amenities designed for your comfort. The first floor consists of a living room with a dining area, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. A small storage closet is also available.
Upstairs, there is a double bedroom with an additional TV and a bedroom with two single beds.

These two semi-detached homes welcome you with a modern design in the Böhl neighborhood. From here, you can walk to the historic town center—with its many shopping options and restaurants—in about 10 minutes. You can also reach the dike and the town’s dune landscape just as quickly for a leisurely stroll. The semi-detached homes themselves feature a well-designed layout and offer you a space for a relaxing vacation.
The approximately 69 m² of living space spans two levels and is divided as follows:
First floor: Entrance area, living and dining area with access to the terrace and a separate kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and an utility room. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture, and there is also a shared garden behind the house with a beach chair.
Upper floor: one bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm—separate mattresses) and a TV, one bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm)
One parking space is available per half of the house.
Also ideal for a family vacation with grandparents. Book both halves of the duplex. The family and the grandparents each have their own living space but are separated only by a shared hallway and doors.
A linens set (bed linens and towels) can be booked as an add-on.
Each half of the house has its own washing machine.
