Our vacation rental, with over 40 m² of living space, accommodates 1–2 people (an extra bed is available, for a maximum of 3 people). The cozy living room, featuring a corner sofa, an armchair, a modern flat-screen TV, and a tiled stove, invites you to relax. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and various small appliances, has everything you could need. The vacation rental features a bedroom with two single beds (2.00 x 0.90 m). The spacious bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer rounds out the overall experience. The vacation rental is a smoke-free property and an allergy-friendly home, which is why we unfortunately cannot accommodate pets. Spend relaxing evenings on our patio in the garden, which features a covered gazebo with garden chairs and a grill. Wi-Fi, simple bicycles in various sizes, a lockable bike shed for your own bicycles, wood for the tiled stove, a collection of games, and a spacious, child-friendly garden with a children’s swing, trampoline, scooters, and balance bikes are all available to you free of charge. Information materials about the region and its people, as well as local activities, are available.



In the romantic Klützer Winkel region, 3 km from the Baltic Sea, you’ll find our beautiful vacation home—a lovingly renovated historic building—featuring two vacation apartments on the first floor.
We cordially invite you to our beautiful, historic house in the small town of Klütz. Two lovingly renovated vacation apartments, completed in 2010, await you. The walls are mostly plastered with clay and painted in colorful hues. This has created warm, inviting rooms with a very comfortable indoor climate. Here, you can forget the stress and hustle and bustle of everyday life and let your mind wander. The appeal of our little town lies especially in the charm of its lovingly restored houses, streets, and squares.
With attractions such as Bothmer Castle, St. Mary’s Church, the Klützer Mill, the Butterfly Park, and the “Uwe Johnson” House of Literature, our guests have access to a wide variety of cultural and recreational sites.
The Baltic Sea is just 3 km away. It shapes our climate. A fresh breeze and clear air, along with plenty of sunshine, invite you to enjoy a wide range of leisure activities. In just 15 minutes by bike, you can reach Boltenhagen and enjoy the white sandy beach of this Baltic Sea resort, complete with cafés, restaurants, spa concerts, and much more.
The shallow, flat beach at Wohlenberger Wiek is ideal for children (5 km away). There are also many “natural” Baltic Sea beaches, such as Steinbeck with its cliffs and natural beach—a wild and romantic stretch of coastline perfect for beach walks.



On-site costs: When booking, we ask for a deposit of 20% of the total cost; our bank account details are Spk Mecklenburg Nord-West DE61 14051000 1506125162. Cancellations are free of charge up to 4 weeks before the start of your trip; after that, 90% of the total cost will be charged. Pets are not allowed. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM or by arrangement; check-out is by 11:00 AM. A resort fee for Klütz of 2€ per day is payable on site. Children up to their 16th birthday stay free. You are welcome to book bed linens and towels through us for a one-time fee of €13 and €5 per person, respectively. As an additional service, we provide our guests with everything they need for a day at the beach, such as a picnic blanket, a windbreak, and beach toys. 



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 12:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
