About this apartment rental
Great family apartment—well-maintained and cozy: 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, and guest restroom with a window, fireplace, small garden, Wi-Fi, 2 parking spaces, no pets allowed, approximately 250 meters from the beach.
Arrive and feel right at home—this wonderful, non-smoking family apartment, “Strandläufer,” located in a single-family home near the beach, is perfect for this. The sunny apartment has 3 bedrooms and is comfortably furnished. The cozy, homey style extends throughout all the rooms. Enjoy the spacious rooms throughout the entire first floor (underfloor heating). The living room, featuring a TV nook and seating area by the wood-burning stove, opens onto a cozy dining area with an extra-large dining table. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric stove with ceramic cooktop, microwave, and various small appliances, leaves little to be desired. One of the master bedrooms has a second TV.
A spacious shower room with a window is available, as is a separate guest restroom. Wi-Fi, a 55-inch smart TV (streaming services with your own login credentials), internet radio, the ability to stream music from your own device (e.g., cell phone), a Blu-ray player that also plays DVDs and CDs, a Tripp Trapp high chair, and various books and games round out the amenities.
Whether you’re looking for socializing or heavenly peace and quiet: The partially fenced-in garden offers plenty of space to run around and relax. Enjoy winding down after eventful days—for example, with a wonderful barbecue evening on your own, sheltered patio. Your bicycles will find a dry spot in the open bike shed. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac.
We recommend accommodating 6 people; if you’d like to bring an additional toddler with their own travel crib, please inquire.
Included in the price are: Wi-Fi, free use of the washing machine, 2 parking spaces, and utilities.
All beds are equipped with our own mattress protectors, pillows, and comforters; please bring your own beach towels and blankets.
You can rent linens from us; to do so, you must book the “Linen Box per Person” option. You’ll receive your (booked) linen box at our office upon arrival.
Right on the beach, there’s a water sports school offering rentals such as beach chairs, SUPs, and surf gear.
Right next door at Marina Wendtorf, there are small playgrounds along the newly redesigned promenade, an ice cream parlor, and Steffen Henssler’s Ahoi restaurant—perched on a hill with a unique view of the marina—which are now open. Another attraction in Wendtorf is the indoor arcade at the start of the promenade. A golf course and fitness club are just a few minutes’ drive away.
Fish sandwiches and a breakfast café are about 250 meters away. It’s about 1,200 meters to the supermarket with a bakery and café, an ATM, a skate park, and a children’s adventure playground, and about 1,000 meters to the bike and boat rental; the bus stop is 300 meters away.
The restaurant, located about 150 m away, offers culinary delights for every taste, and about 900 m away at the Wendtorf Marina, you’ll find fish fresh off the boat—where you can also get hot meals—it doesn’t get any fresher or tastier than this!
A golf course and fitness club are just a few minutes’ drive away.

Wohnung hatte sehr gute Ausstattung, ruhige Lage, kurzer Weg zum Strand. Die alte Dorfbäckerei und der Fischstand sind sehr zu empfehlen und alles ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Die Unterkunft war super! Geräumig, sauber, gepflegt, top Lage.
Kommunikation mit Betreiber könnte besser laufen. Die Begrüßung vor Ort war nicht sehr freundlich. Ich sollte mir eine Maske holen (soweit kein Problem). Alle anderen wurden unhöflich rausgeschickt. Betreiber selbst trug keine Maske. Auch die schriftliche Kommunikation könnte kundenfreundlicher gestaltet werden.
Fazit: Top Unterkunft! Umgang mit Kunden verbesserungswürdig!
